Job description: We are seeking enthusiastic & reliable landscape mow crew members to join our growing team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing a variety of lawn care & maintenance tasks, primarily focused on mowing residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities: - Operate & maintain various lawn care equipment - Perform mowing, trimming, leaf blowing, & edging lawns to a high quality standard - Safely operate and transport equipment to and from job sites - Ensure work is completed efficiently and according to schedule - Maintain clean & organized work environment, including equipment & vehicles - Follow safety protocols & wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors - Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly - Assist with other landscape maintenance tasks, such as leaf blowing, debris removal, and basic site clean-ups. - Represent the company professionally and courteously to clients Qualifications: - Drivers License Required - Ability or operate and maintain landscape equipment safely & effectively - Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions - Reliable transportation to/from work - Experience in landscape or grounds maintenance preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: -401(k) -Dental insurance -Health insurance -Paid time off Schedule: -8 hour shift -Overtime Work Location: -In person

Seasonal Snow Shoveling Crew – On-Call Roster We are building a roster for a Seasonal, On-Call Snow Shoveling Crew to assist with snow and ice management during winter storm events. Role Summary: - Part-Time, Temporary, On-Call. - Crew members will be called in to work 6-8 hour shifts as needed during significant winter weather events (typically November through March). $25hr Primary Responsibilities: - Manual removal of snow and ice from designated walkways, emergency exits, entryways, and specific routes. -Applying de-icing agents (salt, sand, etc.) as directed. -Following all safety protocols and working as part of a team to complete assigned routes efficiently. -Must be willing to work shifts during irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on weather conditions. Requirements & Ideal Candidate: -Reliable transportation to our Meredith Shop Location -Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in extreme cold and wet conditions. -Must have a reliable method of contact (phone) and be able to respond to call-in requests with short notice (typically 2-4 hours). -Prior experience with manual labor or snow removal is a plus, but not required.
